What the result means
The result is a price floor, not a guaranteed market price. It values the time blocked by the booking at your hourly target, adds direct costs and rounds the total up to the next pound.
Include the whole booking
Use total travel time for the round trip. Include setup and cleanup with the service time, then add fuel, charging, parking, road fees and consumables.
